Both events are on Thursday, May 29, 2008
Patient Symposium
Noon to 6:00 PM
Admission is free.
However a cold buffet lunch will be provided for a fee of $20.00 per person, payable in advance.
Please register by emailing: Betsy Cormany at dtrf.betsy@gmail.com and include
the following information: Names of those attending, patient address, phone number
and email address. Please indicate the number of buffet lunches.

| From Newark Liberty a shuttle service runs hourly. Call Airbrook Express at 800-432-1826 for instructions and fees. The Courtyard has an arrangement with Airbook for shuttle service both ways. All major car rental agencies also service Newark Liberty. | |
