Patient Symposium and Gala Fundraiser Dinner!


Both events are on Thursday, May 29, 2008

Patient Symposium
Noon to 6:00 PM

Admission is free. 
However a cold buffet lunch will be provided for a fee of $20.00 per person, payable in advance.

Please register by emailing: Betsy Cormany at dtrf.betsy@gmail.com and include the following information: Names of those attending, patient address, phone number and email address. Please indicate the number of buffet lunches.

Schedule
  We'll start with lunch and mingling at noon. Presentations will begin at 12:30 PM. See distinguished list of presenters below. There will be time for questions and answers following each presentation, as well as time to meet other patients and their families and friends.
Location
  Courtyard by Marriott 100 Chestnut Ridge Road, Montvale, NJ 07645. Approximately 5 miles from Seasons, the site of the Gala Dinner.
Room Reservations
  Call for room reservations (201-391-7700) and ask for the DTRF group rate of $169.00 which is available for the first 25 rooms.
Nearest Airport:
  Newark Liberty, approximately 45 minutes from the Courtyard.
Transportation:
  From Newark Liberty a shuttle service runs hourly. Call Airbrook Express at 800-432-1826 for instructions and fees. The Courtyard has an arrangement with Airbook for shuttle service both ways. All major car rental agencies also service Newark Liberty.
 
DTRF Gala Fundraiser Dinner, 7:00
  Admission by separate reservation. Please view the event page on web site, www.DTRF.org for details, online reservation forms and information on ads in our Commemorative Journal Book.
