DESCRIPTION:Living with Desmoid Tumors: A DTRF Education Experience is a one day\, in-person event designed for patients and caregivers seeking trusted information about desmoid tumors and connection with a community that understands their lived experiences.\nWhat can you expect?\nThis event is designed with YOU in mind. Every session of this special\, one day event is purposefully curated to inform\, empower\, and connect desmoid tumor patients and caregivers. DESCRIPTION:The annual DTRF Together We Will Weekend brings together patients\, caregivers\, researchers\, clinicians and industry professionals to connect\, collaborate\, and learn together. \nFeatured events include: \n\nFriday\, Sept. 25th: Designed for researchers and medical professionals only\, the DTRF International Research Workshop is a critically important\, collaborative event for experts in desmoid tumor research from a variety of disciplines. The Research Workshop presents the latest information on desmoid treatments and research\, and facilitates new collaborations to move the science forward each year.\nSaturday\, Sept. 26th: The DTRF Annual Patient Meeting is our signature patient and caregiver event. The meeting includes educational presentations by clinicians and researchers\, community networking\, Q&A sessions with leading desmoid experts\, and an interactive Mock Tumor Board session.
