Below are the types of events we facilitate, each with its own objectives and opportunities for sponsorship.
- Annual DTRF Together We Will Weekend (includes Patient Meeting and Int’l Research Workshop)*
- Annual RFA Walk**
- Regional Patient Meetings*
- Accredited Medical Education Programs (CME events)
- Patient Education Programs/ Social Media Events (such as Facebook Lives)

Event Sponsor Guidelines
Sponsors may not sell products or solicit business. We reserve the right to refuse sponsorship for any reason. The Desmoid Tumor Research Foundation (DTRF) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
*DTRF Together We Will Weekend and Regional Patient Meetings
Pharmaceutical & Biotech Companies: Up to and not exceeding two commercial sales staff from company are permitted to attend the event. If company has a booth, company’s sales staff are restricted to occupying the area immediately surrounding that booth and, whether or not company has a booth, no sales staff are permitted to enter any sessions involving patients. Sales staff, along with all other staff, are prohibited from collecting information from patients or families and can be present for educational purposes only.
**DTRF Running for Answers (RFA) Walk
Pharmaceutical & Biotech Companies: Up to and not exceeding two commercial sales staff from company are permitted to attend the event.
