Summary

The study was conducted to describe ultrasound-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound (USgHIFU) ablation in the treatment of intra-abdominal aggressive fibromatosis in seven patients who had failed surgery. The conclusions indicate that USgHIFU ablation could be a promising alternative treatment for the achievement of local control of intra-abdominal aggressive fibromatosis.
