Summary

We present a case of giant hump-like recurrent chest wall DT, which was radically resected following placement of multiple subcutaneous silicon tissue expanders, to gain redundant skin, which eventually allowed in conjunction with two transposition, cutaneous-adipose flaps, harvested from the upper gluteal region, an optimal reconstruction of the large postresectional defect.
