Summary

The purpose of this article is to review the etiopathogenesis, molecular cytogenetics, histopathology, clinical features, and multimodality imaging features of desmoid fibromatosis. Recent advances in the management of desmoid fibromatosis will also be discussed. Imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis and management of this disease.
